JMC differs in the approach and our USP is identifying, reviewing, and proposing the resource that meets the job criteria, which is not limited to technical skills but mapping with domain and quality handles as well.
To ensure timely response an updated C2C Vendor List is maintained. FTE roles are adhered to maintaining an internal database having resumes of US Citizens and Green Card holders.
We do not act as an additional layer but connect both sides for a nominal fee, which can be at an hourly rate or a one-time fee.
